Andrew Schwartz, VP, Engineering
Andrew brings 15+ years of expertise, including experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Corning. He has provided the technical foundation for ACI’s product development efforts through his excellent working knowledge of mechanical and electronic engineering to sophisticated software programming.

Kris Keller, Product Design Engineer
Kris is an engineer with more than 20 years experience in designing, prototyping and crafting products for manufacture.

Andrew Smith, Systems Engineer
Andrew attended Millersville University for Computer Science. He has several years experience working as a Technical Support Analyst with Armstrong World Industries in Lancaster. His background includes: C++, C#, Visual Basic, Delphi, Flash/Actionscript, Python, SQL, ASP, XML, webservices, and .Net.

Ryan DeHart, Systems Engineer
Ryan is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics.  His background includes C++, C#, .Net, Delphi, Win32 API, XML, and SQL.

Robert Sonnenberg, Director of Knowledge Management
Robert holds degrees in Nuclear Physics, Business Administration and Operations Research. Mr. Sonnenberg has been a high level systems and knowledge management lecturer and consultant to Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Before joining ACI Robert was a Senior Product Development Manager in the R&D division of Eastman Kodak.

John Jaklitsch, Manufacturing Engineer
John has over 15 years experience in the design and manufacture of high technology products. Mr. Jaklitsch focuses on designing the assembly process for the manufacturing of ACI’s
product line.

 

Scott Petersen, Product Technician
Scott attended the University of Nebraska for Computer Science. He has a telecommunications background and has led multiple installation teams in projects with AT&T, Cingular, and McLeodUSA. Scott has 6+ years experience as a field service technician.

John Richey (JR), Technical Support
JR’s background includes administrative experience and computer skills. He has worked as an Independent Contractor, Network Engineer, Project Manager and a Funded Mortgage Collateral Shipper over the years. JR joined the ACI team in November 2005.

Andrew Tranovich, In-House Service Technichan
In house Service Technician, graduated from the Center for Arts and Technology Pickering Campus in June of 2007, majored in electronics technology with studies in electronics engineering. 

Brenda Jennion, Controller/Compliance Manager/Notary
Brenda graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management. She spent the last 26+ years working for credit unions. She served as President of the Schuylkill Valley Chapter of Credit Unions for 7 years and served as a Director for an additional 3 years. She has an extensive background in Accounting, Consumer and Mortgage Lending, Regulatory Compliance, Marketing, Risk Management, Investments and Human Resources.

Neal A. Jacobs, CEO/Chairman
A graduate of Cook College and Rutgers Law School, with honors, Mr. Jacobs has successfully transitioned ACI from an R&D outfit into the world of competitive business. In addition to his role as CEO of ACI, Neal is also the President and Managing Attorney of the Jacobs Law Group, a Philadelphia based-boutique business law firm and three-time Philadelphia 100 winner as one of the fastest growing privately held businesses in the greater Philadelphia region.
